Connections Day Program Connections Day Program provides support and opportunities for adults with exceptionalities. The program includes educational and recreational activities.

At CONNECTIONS, we are committed to providing an environment that is safe and supportive for all persons. It is a place to have experiences, make connections and develop new skills while participating in daily activities

Our program is designed to:

-Meet the needs of our members with individualized goal plans

-Provide opportunities and choices through a person centered approach

-Foster inclusi

on within the community and promote independence through skill development

-Engage individuals in daily living activities with an emphasis on life skills and social skills

-We provide a variety of experiences that promote personal development and self expression in four areas of well-being

-Participants work on independent goals targeted to meet their needs and acquire new skills
