🔹 Advocacy: A tireless voice for practitioners, fighting for wage parity, chart access, and provincial regulation.
🔹 Innovation: Instrumental in developing Family Presence During Resuscitation (FPDR) and "Code Lavender" staff support programs.
🔹 Education: As a Certified Supervisor-Educator, she has mentored a generation of students with a blend of high-energy leadership and deep compassion.
