🐾 A Special Foster Story: Meet Baby 🐾
Just over a month ago, we met Baby, a sweet 16-year-old dog who came into our care when his owner was no longer able to keep him. After a veterinary examination and bloodwork, we learned that Baby's time was limited, and our focus shifted to ensuring he has the best quality of life possible.
Then something wonderful happened.
A compassionate foster family opened their hearts and home to this special senior boy, giving him a soft place to land, endless love, and the comfort every dog deserves in their golden years. ❤️
Palliative fostering is one of the most selfless and compassionate gifts a person can give. It can be emotionally challenging, but it allows animals like Baby to spend their remaining time surrounded by love instead of in a shelter.
Foster homes truly save lives and give animals the time, comfort, and dignity they deserve.
Thank you to Baby's incredible foster family for making his days brighter. Just look at him living his best life! 🐶✨
