🍎 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🍎
HOT LUNCH AT NEW SAREPTA ELEMENTARY

Help us serve a hot lunch to our students every Friday!
We’re looking for parent and family volunteers to help prepare and serve hot lunch at New Sarepta Elementary School. Younger siblings are welcome.

🥣 WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Just 1 hour at lunchtime on Fridays!
Volunteers will help with:
• Preparing and sorting the hot lunch orders
• Helping with simple clean-up

NSCHS and New Sarepta Elementary School students and families are invited to join us for our Back-to-School Meet & Greet BBQ on Thursday, September 3 from 5:00–6:00 PM!

Come by to:

* Meet and connect with staff
* Visit with friends and other families
* Check out community information tables
* Enjoy some fun activities for the kids
* Grab a complimentary hot dog, chips and a drink
* Enter to win some great door prizes donated by the New Sarepta Agricultural Society and Leduc County

This is a K–12 community event, and all NSCHS and NSES students and families are welcome.

So many of our families started at New Sarepta Playschool. Help them celebrate their 40th anniversary!

🎉 Join us as we celebrate 40 years of New Sarepta Playschool! 🎉

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun featuring a pulled pork BBQ, family games, pie baking competition, pie raffle, bouncy castles, face painting, and balloon twisting!

📅 Saturday, August 29
📍 Centennial Community Park (small park beside the Agriplex)
🎯 Games: 3–5 PM
🥧 Pie Competition: 4 PM
🍽️ Supper: 5 PM

Go directly to: https://schoolstart.ca/ and click on the following:

– Parents Shop Here
– Purchase School Supply Kits
– Select Province, then City, then School
– Click Here to Purchase
– Lastly, click on their grade and proceed from there

You can purchase the school supplies listed directly from School Start or you may utilize the same list to purchase your supplies locally. Remember, you can purchase parts of the additional section if your child already has supplies that are in good order from a previous year - please save money and the environment.

Don't forget to purchase labels through our Mabel's Labels fundraiser to make it even easier! Go to www.mabelslabels.ca/en-CA, select Support A Fundraiser, then search for New Sarepta Elementary School (PIIE).

The winners have been drawn!

Congrats to our winners and a huge thank you to everyone who purchased tickets or shared the link for our meat raffle. Your support helped us raise over $8,200 toward our playground replacement project! The community support for this project has been amazing.

Parents - we are VERY short volunteers today. If bringing your kids, please check with the entry table to see how you can help. We may not be able to keep all inflatables open if we don't have enough supervision.
