We will also have a special guest speaker, James Yool will share insights into affordable housing and how Kindred can support the community in attaining affordable housing.

James Yool is a commercial banking professional based in the southwestern Ontario region, currently serving as Commercial Banking Regional Manager at Kindred Credit Union. With close to 20 years of experience across commercial banking, lending, credit, portfolio management and financial analysis, James has built a strong career helping businesses and clients navigate financing and growth opportunities. At Kindred, James’ focus is on providing both construction financing and takeout financing solutions for affordable housing providers.

LYNC has submitted our application to Build Canada Homes!

Build Canada Homes is a new federal agency that will build affordable housing at scale.
