VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY 👇

Hockey Nova Scotia's Minor Council is looking for a dedicated volunteer to take on the role of League President for the newly established North Conference Hockey League.

Working alongside the North Conference members of Hockey Nova Scotia's Minor Council and the League Scheduler, the President will oversee and establish the league ahead of the upcoming playing season.

What we're looking for:

🔹 A resident of the North Conference
🔹 Past experience serving on a Minor Hockey or League Executive

If you're passionate about minor hockey and ready to make a difference in your community, we want to hear from you.

Submit your expression of interest to [email protected] no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, June 26th.

AGM Tonight at 6:30pm at the PCWC. All members are welcome! There will be an election of officers.

Reminder: Please read this notice prior to attending this evening to determine IF you are eligible to vote. ONLY members in good standing who have attended an AGM or Special Resolution Meeting since amalgamation are eligible voters. Any members in attendance this evening who are not qualified to vote, will then qualify to vote ongoing.

Those not eligible are NOT permitted to vote for nominees tonight. If you would like to determine your voting status or have questions, please reach out to [email protected].

PCMHA is pleased to announce the list of nominees for board positions for the upcoming season!

Voting will take place by eligible members at the Annual General Meeting being held on May 27, 2026 at the Pictou County Wellness Centre.

Encouraging all members to attend the AGM. Please note that according to the bylaws, in order to be eligible to vote on any matter including election of officers, you must be a member in good standing who has previously attended at least one member’s meeting (Annual General Meeting or special meeting) since the year of amalgamation in 2016. Any members attending this upcoming AGM will gain voting eligibility ongoing, so please join on May 27!
