🎙️ No Filters Just Feelings – With Trudy Brown | Episode 2 : Dad / Aunt Pauline- “the better version of us”

Grief can take many forms, and every loss carries its own story. In this episode, Trudy shares her personal experience of losing her father and the emotions, memories and challenges that came with saying goodbye.

By sharing these honest conversations, we hope to create space for people to talk about grief, feel less alone in what they’re experiencing, and remember that there is no single way to grieve.

📣 Please fill out this survey! The deadline has been extended to September 7. 📣
The Comité consultatif des Québécoises et Québécois d’expression anglaise (CCQEA) is working with the Comité Consultatif Personnes Immigrantes (CCPI) and the Comité consultatif des Premières Nations et des Inuit relatif au marché du travail ( CCPNIMT / Ccpnimt-Fnilmac) on a research project led by Groupe DDM.
As part of the project, they are currently seeking responses from English speakers in the regions of Québec (outside of Montreal) to make sure that regional perspectives are reflected in the results. Can you help circulate this information in your networks? 🔄 Thank you!

There are many challenges that arise on a daily basis, whether it’s getting involved in the community, participating in municipal decision-making, adapting your home or property, adopting more sustainable practices, or preparing for emergencies.

Municipalities and MRC's have an important role to play in reducing these challenges and making these choices easier in your daily life. This 15 minute anonymous survey aims to better understand the challenges you face. 👇👇
