Dear LCC8 Residents,

The board of directors reminds pet owners to keep pets leashed in all common areas, including front lawns and backyards. Pet owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste in shared spaces. Failure to comply will result in fines: $50 for off-leash dogs and $200 for not cleaning up after pets, plus professional cleaning costs.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

LCC8 Board.
