Community Day Volunteers Needed!

Planning is underway for Nanoose Community Day on Saturday, September 12, and we're looking for a few more helping hands to make this exciting community celebration a success.

We are seeking kind, community-minded volunteers to assist with:

Set-Up – Friday Sept 11 afternoon

Take-Down Beginning at 4:00 PM

Beer Garden
Beer and wine servers (must have, or be willing to take short online course, “Serving It Right”)
Two shifts between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Pretzel Sellers - Two shifts between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Parking Attendants - Two shifts between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Greeters - Two shifts between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Join us for our Annual General Meeting to hear about recent accomplishments, current projects, future plans, and opportunities to get involved.

This is your chance to learn more about the organization, ask questions, and help shape the future of Nanoose Place.

Pickleball Nanoose Place Community Centre
Effective May 1, 2026:
Session #2 and #3 will be combined, and there will be two 125-minute sessions per day, as follows:
Tuesdays & Thursdays:
Session #1 – from 11:35 AM to 1:40 PM
Session #2/3 – from 1:55 PM to 4:00 PM

Sundays:
Session #1 – from 12:35 PM to 2:40 PM
Session #2/3 – from 2:55 PM to 5:00 PM
