Our MVC NXT Training Programs are dedicated to
Grade 9 & 10 Female athletes who are not selected to their highschool teams in September 2026. This will be an 11 week program based on development and game play with the intent to keep athletes involved in the sport once a week.
Athletes must have tried out for their highschool’s team.

NXT Grade 9 Girls Training
Tuesdays, September 15th - Nov. 24th
8:30PM - 9:45PM @ McGirr
Cost: $175.00

NXT Grade 10 Girls Training
Thursdays, September 17th - Nov. 26th
8:30PM - 9:45PM @ McGirr
Cost: $175.00

A New Era for Mariners Volleyball Club! 🏐
We are thrilled to announce a major milestone for MVC: Larry Faegan has joined our team as our very first full-time Executive Director!
Larry brings over 20 years of sport and non-profit leadership experience to the club. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Karate BC, where he supported over 3,000 members and 130 clubs. His deep expertise in strategic planning, Safe Sport, and youth athlete development makes him the perfect leader to help move MVC into the future.
As a Board, we are excited to have Larry’s guidance to support our incredible staff, coaches, and athletes as we continue to grow.
