Beginners welcome, this is an any skill-level yoga class fit to set your week into the right direction.

Entry by ticket only, come in through Triple Moon Mercantile in Downtown Nanaimo - Please only arrive AT 7:30PM. Wear appropriate attire & footwear, and bring your own yoga mat & water.
