Myth vs. Fact!

During National AccessAbility Week, we're highlighting some common misconceptions about disability and employment.

Research shows that employees with disabilities have similar or lower absenteeism rates than their coworkers and are often recognized for their strong loyalty, commitment, and reliability in the workplace.

Creating inclusive workplaces isn't just the right thing to do, it helps businesses build stronger, more diverse teams.

At WorkBC Centre Nakusp, we're proud to support inclusive employment and help connect employers with talented job seekers from all backgrounds.
