Good morning Nakusp!
It's Thursday, and that means the Archives are OPEN!
Be sure to stop by today from 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm. You can pick up a walking tour brochure, admire the scale replica sternwheelers, learn about the Lost Communities along the Arrow Lakes, and have a look at our many publications.
We'd also love to tell you how your membership helps us preserve our collective documentary and photographic heritage.

You'll find us on the south side of the Centennial Building 92C 6th Ave. Our 2nd floor location is lift-accessible.
Our regular hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10am-noon, 1pm-3pm; Monday, Wednesday, Friday by appointment.

Arrow Lakes Historical Society is postponing our Drop-In BINGO at the Legion until the Fall.

If you are now wondering what to do on May 31, perhaps stop by the Archives ahead of time to pick up a Walking Tour Brochure.

We are open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-Noon and 1pm - 3pm and accessible for those with mobility challenges.

It's going to be a beautiful day! The Arrow Lakes Historical Society looks forward to seeing you while you are out and about.

We'll be set up on the lawn by the Nakusp and District Museum, with a selection of our books, and of course memberships, available for purchase.
Please stop by to learn about the work we are doing to preserve the documentary and photographic heritage Nakusp and surrounding communities.
And don't forget: the Museum is open today, and they'll have hot dogs available for purchase.
