Volunteer Food Pantry Manager
Position Type: Volunteer
Reports To: Board of Directors
Location: Food Pantry Facility

Position Summary:

The Volunteer Food Pantry Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the pantry to ensure food distribution runs smoothly, volunteers are supported in their roles, and clients are served in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

This role works closely with the Board of Directors to communicate operational needs and ensure policies and procedures are followed. The Manager also collaborates with the Volunteer Administrative Assistant and other volunteer leads.

The pantry already has strong volunteer teams in place. The Manager’s role is to support and coordinate these volunteers across the areas below, rather than personally performing every task.

Just a friendly reminder to our clients that we will be closed Thursday April 2nd and Friday April 3rd for Easter.

We will be taking calls on Easter Monday (April 6th) from 2–4 PM to schedule pickups for Tuesday April 7th.
