Good neighbors make Winkler a better place to live. Whether it’s lending a helping hand, checking in, or simply being welcoming, these everyday acts of kindness matter. During the month of May, residents are invited to nominate someone who makes a positive difference in their neighborhood.
The selected residents will receive a thank you card signed by city council, as well as a $25 gift card from a local business.
The number of nominations will be limited to 10.
