We were fortunate enough to be able to send 3 of our members to attend the women's conference 🙌. Thank you to the committee for the hard work organizing and preparing for this. 👏

The calm before the conference. CUPE Saskatchewan’s Women’s Conference starts today. The Women’s Committee put a lot of hard work into making this event happen, and I know it will be a remarkable success!

Today is a day to celebrate all of our caretakers! 🎉

Whether working during the day with staff and students in the building, or behind the scenes in the evenings when the schools are quiet, our caretakers keep our spaces clean and functional for all of us to enjoy.

Head over to the caretaker in your building and let them know how much are appreciated! 👏

Two of our VPs attended the EWSC president's meeting yesterday. Look 👀 at these two reppin our incredible Prairie Proud x CUPE 4254 collab clothing! 🙌

Coming together with execs from other education locals across the province to discuss problems facing support staff which included:

- short staffing
- underfunding
- violence in schools (anyone see that violence incident report email today?? You can thank our incredible Chief Steward Lynn Hatfield-McCormick for prompting the division to send that out!)
- increasing workloads, and
- expanding job duties
