Protect yourself from identity theft, clear out those old files and support a great cause at the same time!

Join the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow for our annual drive-through Shred Day:

📅 Saturday, May 30
⏰ 9:00 a.m. - Noon
📍 Town ‘N’ Country Mall Parking Lot

Bring your confidential personal or business documents and have them securely shredded by Crown Shred & Recycling Inc., an AAA NAID-certified document destruction company.

💲 75¢ per pound
💲 $10 minimum donation

✅ Staples and paper clips are okay
❌ Please remove binders and large metal clips

It’s an easy way to safely dispose of sensitive documents, help the environment through recycling and support Rotary’s work in our community.

What a great evening of fellowship and fun with the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow! Tonight’s club social took us on an adventure through the legendary Tunnels of Moose Jaw where we explored some of the city’s fascinating stories and history together.

🍱 Afterwards, we headed to Himawari Sushi for supper, where we sampled some delicious new dishes and enjoyed even better conversation. A big thank you to both local businesses for a memorable night out in our community!

It’s evenings like this that remind us Rotary is about more than meetings - it’s about friendship, connection and shared experiences. 🌟

Recently, members of the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow were pleased to present donations to two organizations making a real difference in our community.

A cheque was presented to Charla from Hunger in Moose Jaw to help support their summer programming and the important work they do to ensure local children and families have access to nutritious meals and support throughout the summer months.

We also presented a donation to the Moose Jaw and District Food Bank, accepted by Toni on behalf of the organization, to assist with their ongoing efforts to support individuals and families in our community facing food insecurity.

Rotary is proud to support organizations that embody service, compassion and community care. Thank you to everyone working behind the scenes to help make Moose Jaw a stronger and more caring place for all. 💙

On Thursday, May 14, the The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan in Moose Jaw will be hosting Moose Hide Campaign activities, including a Community BBQ in their back parking lot. This BBQ will take the place of their regular lunch offering for the day.

The Moose Hide Campaign is a grassroots movement focused on ending violence against women and children while promoting healing, respect and stronger communities.

This past weekend, members of the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow attended the Rotary International District 5550 Conference in Neepawa, Manitoba. While our video submission wasn’t drawn, we were still very happy to participate and showcase a little bit of Moose Jaw spirit!

A huge thank you once again to our friends at Moose Jaw for allowing us to film inside the Visitor Centre when the weather suddenly turned nasty. We truly appreciate the support and partnership! 💙💛

We had a great time at Rotary International District 5550 District Conference this weekend! Our friends with the Rotary Club of Neepawa were terrific hosts and we enjoyed meeting up with old friends and connecting with new acquaintances.
