An in-depth practical and hands on look at preparing for the job market by developing the skills and knowledge that are essential in order to secure and maintain employment. Graduates of this program will be “guaranteed” an interview with a “partnering” organization. Entrepreneurship Program:
Provides students who want to become entrepreneurs with a practical opportunity to realistically assess the potential of a new venture idea and to evaluate the feasibility for a small business based on that idea. Mentorship Program:
Volunteers will mentor participants in order to support, guide and help with personal and professional development. Mentoring was, and continues to be, one of the most effective ways to pass on skills, knowledge and wisdom. We have learned that the availability of these services can often mean the difference between success and failure for underprivileged youth. These unique programs are dedicated to ensuring the success of each participant through mentoring and a wide network of support.
