We are a dedicated student organization committed to raising funds for the Montreal Children’s Hospital and spreading awareness through volunteer opportunities in the Montreal health community. WHAT DO WE DO? We fundraise for the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation and provide volunteers to help support its long term goal of integrating literacy into child healthcare for the patients from all
over the province of Quebec. We regularly hold events and activities in support of our mandate ranging from clubbing events and movie nights to benefit concerts and soccer tournaments. HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED

We welcome all enthusiastic, charitably minded students dedicated to making a difference in the Montreal community through our grassroots organization. Students from all McGill undergraduate disciplines are encouraged to join our club by becoming a part of our executive team, committees, or general member base. Our club is currently comprised of three committees open to general members for involvement and greater participation in the club’s activities. The Internal Committee executes larger scale fundraisers, such as trivia nights, soccer tournaments, and the annual benefit concert. The External Committee executes more frequent, smaller-scale fundraisers that allow our club to have a strong presence on-campus. External events in the past have included samosa sales, bake sales, clubbing events, and grocery bagging events. Thirdly, our PAC team raises awareness for health care and volunteerism among McGill students through events such as MCHAM’s Annual Child Health Care Symposium. PAC is also responsible for fostering the club’s relationships with hospitals in the Montreal health community, particularly working closely with the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation as we work towards our pledge of $20 000 towards the Lire/Imagine/Read Program this year. All three of these committees are open to general members to work as committee members and assist with the planning, promotion, and implementation of committee events throughout the year. The organizational structure of our club consists of our President, VP Internal, VP External, VP Hospital Affairs, VP Finance, VP Corporate Affairs, and VP Administration. PAC is led jointly by our President, the Internal Committee is led by our VP Internal, and finally, the External Committee is led by our VP External. In addition, the media coordinator aids the VP Administration with certain social media aspects and the sponsorship coordinators aid the VP Corporate Affairs in the expansion of sponsorship partnerships.
