📣𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘 !
Depuis près de 35 ans maintenant, Dopamine accueille, soutient et accompagne les personnes consommant des substances, pratiquant le travail du s*xe ou se trouvant en situation d’itinérance du quartier Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, ainsi que leur entourage et la population en général.
Aujourd’hui, notre centre de jour, installé dans une maison de 1909, accueille plus de 12 000 personnes chaque année. Tous les jours, comme organisme de première ligne situé près des campements de la rue Notre-Dame, nous constatons les limites physiques de nos espaces. 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚̀ 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐥’𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐮 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐥’𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐭 𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐮𝐱 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬.
Ce projet, pour nous et pour la communauté, agira comme un levier essentiel pour répondre à une réalité qui ne cesse de s’intensifier. Avec ces nouvelles infrastructures, nous pourrons offrir des services plus adaptés et améliorer la sécurité et l’accessibilité du milieu.

📣 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓!
For nearly 35 years now, Dopamine has been welcoming, supporting, and assisting people who use substances, engage in s*x work, or are experiencing homelessness in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood, as well as their loved ones and the public.
Our day centre, housed in a building dating back to 1909, serves more than 12 000 people each year. Every day, as a front-line organization located near the encampments on Notre-Dame street, we are confronted with the physical limitations of our space. 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐩 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
For us and for the community, this project will serve as a key driver in addressing a situation that continues to grow more pressing. With this new infrastructure, we will be able to offer more tailored services and improve safety and accessibility.
