Montreal loves Tango Festival

Hello dear friends, we are sad to say that the festival will not be happening this year due to many little factors. The universe was stalling us to have a better 2018. We will be back, with strength and vigor and bringing the highest quality of artists and dance floors to you as always. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Merci aux professeurs qui ont été absolument incroyables. Rempli de générosité et de plaisir. Je suis contente pour les gens qui ont pu apprécier leur cours car nous en avons tous bénéficier grandement. Notre danse a changé grâce à eux. C’est ceci que je considère comme le plus important dans ces événements. Les performances époustouflantes. Je voudrais revoir tout!

Thank you to the Tango instructors who were absolutely incredible, generous and a joy to be around. I am delighted for the students who were able to take their courses; we all learned a great deal and our dance changed thanks to them. And I would like to recognize their breathtaking performances, which I consider to be a highlight at these kinds of events. I want to see them all again!

Après quelques jours de repos je reviens vers vous pour dire UN GRAND merci à ceux qui ont participé au festival cette année.
Nous avions une équipe hors pair et l’organisation casi impeccable grâce aux efforts de tous. Bravo à ceux qui ont su l’importance d’être en mode solution au lieu de mode critique car des petits pépins il y en a toujours. Cela compte pour beaucoup.
Merci à Bernard pour sa co-organisation.
Merci aux écoles qui ont participé avec nous pour créer un évènement du plus grand calibre.
Je serai chez Air de Tango demain soir pour vous voir en personne, et j’aurai quelques annonces.

After a few days of rest, I would like to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to everyone who participated in the festival this year.
We had an exceptional team and thanks to you, our organizational efforts neared perfection! A special thank-you to those who understood the importance of providing solutions rather than criticism because we all know that nothing is ever perfect. It means a lot.
Thank you to Bernard for co-organizing the festival with me.
Thank you to the Tango schools who joined us to create an event of such high caliber.
