Bienvenue dans la première Clubhouse au Québec, Donald Berman Maison UP!
A new and exciting program: People living with mental illness recover through a `Work Ordered Day model´ and gain a sense of belonging and contributing. Membership is voluntary, free and lifelong. Staff and members work together as colleagues. Through unit meetings members choose which of the three work units: communications, culinary and clerical they would like to belong to during the day. The individual interests and strengths of each individual are recognized and valued. Members are part ofhe ICCD world wide community of 300+ Clubhouses in 29 countries.
Un nouvel et excitant programme: les Gens qui vivent avec une maladie mentale 'se rétablissent' à l’aide du modèle appelé le ‘Work Ordered Day’, gagnant un sens d'appartenance et de contribution. L'adhésion est volontaire, libre et à vie. Le staff et les membres travaillent ensemble, comme des collègues. Les membres choisissent une des trois unités de travail pour travailler pendant la journée: les communications, gastronomie et administration. Les intérêts individuels et les forces de chaque individu sont reconnus et appréciés. Les membres font partie de la communauté mondiale de l’ICCD, comprenant plus de 300 Clubhouses dans 29 pays.
