- Red Rush Basketball & Leadership

- Empower US
In 2014, the Foundation will launch its long-awaited program for teenage girls from disadvantaged backgrounds. On May 3, 2014 at the McGill Athletics facilities, we will host 'Eyes on Us', a full day of workshops and activities focused on building the confidence, life skills and academic success of Montreal's teenage girls.

- Life Coaching for Teens
In 2013, the Foundation launched its life coaching program for at-risk teens, working with community organizations to support Montreal youth in bridging the gap between where they are in their lives and where they want to be. This solution-focused, strengths-based, collaborative approach helps teens build skills, get perspective on issues, take committed action and achieve specific goals.

- Montreal Community Cares and Shares Program
This program brings together underprivileged children from diverse schools and communities at a festive event during the holiday season where positive role models share their time, stories and love as well as distribute gifts.

Straight from the archives. 📸 Some memories are just worth sharing. Let us know if you spot anyone you recognize, some of them became coaches, others electricians, all carrying the same passion.

We’re thrilled to welcome Laurent Duvernay-Tardif as our keynote speaker at Power of Sports Huddle 2025 Summit!

A Super Bowl champion, medical doctor, and philanthropist, Laurent’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. From dominating the field with the McGill Redmen (2010-2013) where he was named best offensive lineman in Canadian university football to being drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2014, his dedication and perseverance set him apart. In 2020, he won a Super Bowl, becoming the first Quebec-born player to achieve this milestone! 🏆

Beyond football, Laurent has made a profound impact off the field. Honored with the Medal of Honor from the National Assembly of Quebec (2020) and the Order of Canada (2024), he continues to lead with purpose.

Through the LDT Foundation, he empowers youth by blending arts, sports, and education to encourage school perseverance. 🎓🏈

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from an exceptional leader who proves that passion and purpose can go hand in hand!
