Na'amat Canada Na'amat Canada is a registered nonprofit dedicated to empowering women & children in Israel & Canada "I'm new to the city and I'm looking to make some friends."

If you want to be a part of a sorority, a sisterhood, a club, a family, a network of inspiring women, or even if you just want a girl's night out – Na'amat Canada has what you are looking for. Not only are we here to support Israel, but our members are also here to support each other. Here's what some of our current members have to say about why they joined a local Na'amat chapter:

"My mother is a member and I want to continue the tradition." "I want to be involved in giving back to the community and helping Israel." "I loved going to Na'amat events and I wanted to help out." "I wanted to make a connection with other women like me."

What does a day off look like after leaving an abusive home?
For the women and children at our Glickman Centre in Tel Aviv, it looked like this: a day just to breathe, play and feel special. 💛

Three years ago, our world changed.

In the days that followed, our community came together for Israel, for one another and for people we had never met.

Today, we pause to remember the over 1,200 people murdered and the 251 taken hostage, and to honour the families and communities forever changed by October 7.

We remember those we lost.
We remember the strength we found in one another.
And we carry their memory forward, together.

A good day starts before the doors even open. 💛

A breakfast prepared. A lunch cooked. A child nourished and ready to learn and play.

Today we're launching our campaign to modernize Daycare Centre kitchens across Israel. Help us ensure children continue receiving the healthy meals they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
