After months of renovations, our new home is finally starting to look and feel like Le Frigo Vert — and we’re getting so close to opening our doors. 💚

Come have free herbal tea on our terrace and see the transformation for yourself!

Come hang out with us at Le Frigo Vert!

We’ll be serving up a delicious in house custom herbal tea blend on our terrace and welcoming folks to check out our new space. Come by for a cup, say hi, and:

Thanks to everyone who came to say hi and check out our new terrace. It was awesome to see everyone's enthusiasm and feel your support as we tredge through this tedious and challenging - but hopefully very rewarding - renovation process. We're making lots of progress and overcoming what has felt like an almost constant barrage of obstacles.

Stay tuned for an upcoming week of getting volunteer help setting up - many of you have offered and we truly appreciate it!!

Just like everyone heading back to classes, we're working on a fresh start of our own. Our new home is still mid-renovations inside, but we wanted to take a moment to share some tea and connect with the community!

No one said metamorphosis was easy. Just as a caterpillar must hold on to the at times unbelievable dream of becoming a butterfly, we too have struggled through this process. We have faced countless unforeseen obstacles, things are so much more expensive than we first thought, and at times it has seemed close to impossible to move forward, and yet... Here we are getting closer and closer to that glorious moment where we open up the cocoon - and open our doors to you!

Looking for space in Montreal 🌀

Le Frigo Vert is seeking a semi-private space for 3 full days of meetings (May 5–7) 7 people 8 hours a day.

We’re open to all kinds of spaces — especially:

collective houses

community or grassroots spaces

artist studios or lofts

anything a bit unconventional ✹

We don’t need anything fancy — just:

wifi

a table + chairs

a relatively calm environment

Accessible by metro another plus

Access to a kitchen or kitchenette is a bonus, but not essential.

We’re working with a $300–500 budget total, and are happy to offer a donation, promotion, or build connections for future collaboration 💛
