In the craziness of last spring some important accomplishments went unacknowledged! Congratulations to André St-Denis, Daniela Pardo Quintana, and Daniel Bevc for their wins in the Vienna AES Recording Competition! André received silver in the traditional studio recording category, Daniela won gold in the traditional studio recording, and Daniel received bronze the traditional acoustic category. Congrats to all and keep up the amazing work!

Congratulations to AES McGill members Ausma Lāce, Daniela Pardo Quintana, and Mie Hirschfield on becoming AES Educational Foundation Grant recipients! Ausma received the PMC Sound For The Future Scholarship, Daniela received an AES Educational Foundation Scholarship, and Mie received the Bruce Swedien “Music First” Scholarship.
