Join us on Monday, April 13 for FAIRY CREEK! This award-winning film takes us to the front lines of the historic blockade on Pacheedaht territory, where land defenders mobilized to protect old-growth forests. As the struggle over old-growth logging in the Walbran Valley continues, this story remains as urgent as ever.

The screening will be followed by a live Q&A with director Jen Muranetz, moderated by Nicolas Renaud, Program Director of First Peoples Studies at Concordia.

This event is co-presented by ASFA and Amnesty International Montreal, in collaboration with Research for the Frontlines.

Childcare available in partnership with the Concordia Student Parents Centre.

📍 Monday, April 13, 7 pm at Concordia Hall Building (Room H-110)
