Global Development Forum The Global Development Forum is an annual forum organized by Borderless World Volunteers where individuals speak on topics related to development.

The Global Development Forum is forum and networking event organized by Borderless World Volunteers (McGill chapter), bringing together individuals from a variety of background ranging from academia to entrepreneurship. These topics can be addressed under different forms including keynote speakers, panel discussions, debates, and will provide opportunities to learn more about initiatives to act locally, including an NGO fairs.

Our Story

The Global Development Forum is a conference and networking event organized by Borderless World Volunteers (McGill Chapter) that takes place early February, bringing together individuals from a variety of background ranging from academia to entrepreneurship. This year’s forum will address global health, by discussing the impact of media portrayals of health narratives, the integration of health systems in society and Canada’s role in the picture. These topics will be tackled by speakers from academia, international organisations, and entrepreneurship. This conference will be accompanied by a wine and cheese, as well as chance to partake in a simulation policy negotiations. We look forward to seeing you there!
