MESSA DI SAN BERNARDINO,

Una Santa Messa in onore di San Bernardino sarà celebrata Domenica, 17 Maggio 2026, presso la chiesa Madonna di Pompei (Sauvé e St-Michel), alle ore 10:00.

Seguirà un rinfresco nel salone sottostante la chiesa.

Tutti sono i benvenuti.

A Holy Mass in honor of San Bernardino will be offered on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in Our Lady of Pompei Church (Sauve & St. Michel)
at 10:00 a.m.. Following Mass, refreshments will be served in the Church basement.

Guido was happiest in sharing his home with family and friends, and spending many winters in Florida alongside his beloved wife. Beyond his deep bond with his daughters and son-in-law,
he felt truly blessed to have his grandchildren live next door, where he watched them grow and treasured every milestone.
Known for his kindness and generosity, he touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his presence will be deeply missed, his legacy of love and devotion
will live on through his family and friends - a light that will shine forever in their hearts.

NECROLOGIO – OBITUARY
GIOVANNI (GIANNI) DETULLIO
1947 - 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Giovanni (Gianni) DeTullio, born on November 24, 1947,
in Sepino, Campobasso, Molise, Italy.

Gianni was the beloved husband of Gabriella, with whom he shared 50 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life grounded in love, devotion, and family.

He was predeceased by his cherished parents, Giuseppe and Gilda DeTullio, and by his parents-in-law, Antonietta and Vincenzo Tata.

Gianni will be lovingly remembered by his siblings: Nicoletta (Michele), Carmine (predeceased by his wife, Anna Maria), and Antonio (Maria). He will also be fondly remembered by his brothers- and sisters-in-law: Carmela (predeceased by Franceschino), Maria and Frank (both deceased), Anna (predeceased by Giuseppe), Angela (deceased), Nina (predeceased by Nicola), and Claudio (Mary).

He will be deeply missed by his extended family, including his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.

Gianni will always be remembered for his devotion to his family, his kindness, laughter and the lasting impression he left on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Gianni DeTullio was a long time member of the S.C.S.B. Association
(Societa Catolica San Bernardino, Toronto).

Visitation will be held at Glendale Funeral Home on Friday, March 20, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and on Saturday, March 21, from 9:00am to 9:30am. The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 10:00am. Entombment on-site at Glendale Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and support during this difficult time.
