A sunny day made even brighter by an amazing turnout at the Pista Sa Nayon on July 19 2026! ☀️

Nature certainly showed up for us with gorgeous, sun-filled weather, but it was the energy, laughter, and spirit of everyone who joined that truly made the day unforgettable.

FNAQ was on-site to ensure everyone stayed safe and healthy throughout the festivities, providing free blood pressure checks and warm smiles for all who stopped by. Thank you to everyone who came out and made this event such a wonderful success!

We're having a heatwave ! ☀️ Beat the Heat: Prevent Heat Stroke! ☀️
With temperatures soaring, it’s crucial to look out for one another and keep cool. Heat stroke is a serious medical emergency, but it is entirely preventable!

Here’s how to stay safe:

Hydrate Often: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don't feel thirsty. Avoid sugary or caffeinated drinks.

Cool Down: Spend time in air-conditioned spaces, take cool showers, or use damp cloths on your skin.

Dress for the Weather: Wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing.

Time It Right: Limit outdoor activities to the cooler parts of the day (early morning or evening) and never leave anyone—including pets—in a parked car.

Know the Signs: Watch out for high body temperature, confusion, dizziness, nausea, or hot, dry skin. If you suspect heat stroke, call 911 immediately!
