One Year Tribute for Jamie

Today, we remember Jamie. A son, a brother, a father, and a friend to so many. Jamie had a passion for skateboarding, spending countless hours at the park where he always welcomed others, offered encouragement, and shared his love for the sport. He had a gift for making people smile, for giving his time freely, and for supporting his community in countless ways.

Looking at his photos, it’s clear how much of a beautiful soul he was — always smiling, always lifting others up. Yet, like so many who suffer silently, you would never know the weight he carried inside.

Mental health and depression is raw and real. Hope and support is possible. In Jamie’s honour, let’s rise up and create a safe place for those who are struggling. Don’t be ashamed to ask for help or talk about your struggles, and know that you are worthy of the support you deserve.

Today, join us in holding Jamie’s friends and family in our hearts on this painful day and sending them all our love.

I want to take a moment to introduce you all to my dear friend Sky.

I had the privilege of meeting and connecting with Sky after Jordan died. What makes our connection even more profound is that we’ve both experienced the unimaginable deep pain of losing our twin! And GET this… both of our losses happened at the age of 29, in the month of March. Life has a wild way of bringing souls together who are meant to walk this journey side by side. 🕊️💔

Sky, like myself, chose to transform her grief into purpose. After losing her twin, she embarked on a powerful journey of healing one rooted in love, resilience, and service. And now, she’s back with renewed strength and a heart on fire to help others find light through the darkest of times.

Thank you Sky for writing this beautiful article on your website. I love you❤️

New RISE UP Hats are here squared with a smaller red lip on side 🧢✨ 💋

These hats aren’t just style, they’re a statement. A reminder to keep going, even when life feels heavy. Especially when you don’t know how you’ll make it through.

Lately, I haven’t been as present. I’ve been walking through another season of huge changes and grief while also embracing and navigating a new beginning with my baby girl. It’s been emotional, raw, and real.

I’m taking the time I need to heal, and I know when I come back, it’ll be with more love, more purpose, and more fire bigger and better than ever for all of you, my daughter/family/ Jor Jor in heaven, and myself with a new Jordan Leigh Foundation team of support.

Until then, I hope these hats can be a daily reminder for you to RISE UP. For yourself. For someone you love. For the days that feel impossible because we are here for a reason. ❤️ It sure is for me!
