Happy Dragon Boat Festival to all clubs and teams around the world! 🐉🚣

In a week, our members will be racing on another continent, in another country, and in another city: Hong Kong 🇭🇰, one of the world's most iconic homes of dragon boat racing and where one of the world's greatest dragon boat traditions comes to life. 🐲🐉

We can't wait to be part of this incredible experience!

🌦️H2O Open 🌦️ – A Spectacular Start to the Season! 🐉

Typhon kicked off the new dragon boat season at the Olympic Basin last Saturday, competing in our first major event of the year.

Despite heavy rain, we pushed through our limits and put into action everything we worked on throughout the winter and summer, both indoors and on the water.

✨Overal Results ✨ :
🥇 Mixed Community Final A – 500 m: 2:12.37
🥈 Mixed Community Final A – 1000 m: 4:35.75

All those winter training sessions, ergs, gym workouts, and extra Thursday practices are starting to pay off. We are incredibly proud to have set a new team record in Typhon history (2008–2026) with a time of 2:12.37 in the 500 m Final A! 🥹

As always, it was a pleasure racing alongside , , and . Thank you for the great competition! 💚

📢 Big news!

After 12 years, Typhon is heading back to Hong Kong for the 2026 Sun Life Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Races on June 27–28! 🇭🇰

Over the past 12 years, the team has evolved and changed, with new faces joining and others moving on. Despite all these changes, our commitment has stayed steady and strong. 🔥

It’s been built through many early mornings, steady training sessions, and consistent effort from the whole team. 💪

We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come together as a team! 🥹

Hong Kong, we’re coming back! 🚣‍♀️

Last fitness test of the season… and we finished strong 🔥

The energy was unreal : constant encouragement, pushing each other and giving it everything we had. We sweated, we worked hard, many of us hit new personal records, and most importantly, we had so much fun. 💪

Next practice, we will finally be back on the water 🌊🚣‍♀️ Let’s go!
