YAHAnet is an online collaboration platform that connects youth groups, youth organizations, and young individuals around the world and provides them with the opportunity to actively and creatively participate in the fight against HIV and AIDS using an interdisciplinary approach that combines public health, education, the arts, and technology. The webtool features video, audio, and image galleries

; workgroups; a forum; an events calendar; and a variety of communication tools and resources, such as how-to guides on using specific art forms to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS issues. As a YAHAnet member, you can use newly-gained knowledge, strategies, and techniques from your peers to improve your own activist groups or start up new ones and strengthen your leadership on HIV and AIDS issues within your community. Sponsored by UNESCO, YAHAnet is a McGill University project in partnership with the University of Toronto, the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
