For 50 years, the Armenian Medical Association of Québec (AMAQ) has brought together healthcare professionals to support health, education, and community initiatives in Québec and Armenia.

Our work spans generations and communities. From supporting mental health and resilience in Armenian schools through our FOCUS initiative, to improving access to emergency care through our AED Community Centre project, and supporting health and education initiatives in Armenia and Québec.

We’re also committed to building the next generation of healthcare professionals and strengthening our community. Through networking opportunities, educational events, suturing workshops, fitness activities, and social gatherings, AMAQ creates spaces for students, young professionals, and healthcare providers to connect, learn, and grow together.

AMAQ has received a request seeking a Western Armenian-speaking nurse or physiotherapist in the Greater Montreal area for a paid, short-term private care opportunity.

The individual should be available for a few hours per day. Currently practising, retired, or former healthcare professionals may be considered, depending on their background and experience.

If you may be interested, or know someone who could be, please contact AMAQ privately. We will facilitate contact directly with interested candidates.
