Hey Arsenal Canada members,
We have an important and time-sensitive change coming to the club’s process for ticketing assignment for all Supporters Club members globally.
Going forward, all match tickets will be assigned directly by the club, not by Arsenal Canada.
These changes will ensure that every ticket is correctly assigned to the supporter attending the fixture, allowing them to access and download their digital ticket directly through their Arsenal account, as tickets will no longer be sent by Arsenal Canada.
What do you need to do?
All members who want to (or may want to) apply for match tickets this season must provide Arsenal Canada with a 7-digit membership number provided by the club.
We have created a simple, short intake form for you to provide us with that 7-digit number: Fill out the intake form (link also in bio): https://forms.gle/7ThvqQ2SzcS9aevJA
These membership numbers can be your existing Red/Silver Member number. If you don't have a Red/Silver membership, you will have to register for a free membership with the club, which will give you your own 7-digit membership number.
Instructions to create your free Arsenal membership number:
Visit https://myaccount.arsenal.com/ and register for your free account.
Visit www.eticketing.co.uk/arsenal to finalise your process.
Click into your profile to see your 7-digit membership number.
Very important: The deadline to provide this is no later than Thursday, August 20th, 2026.
The club will be sending all members their tickets directly to these accounts. Every ticket must be assigned to the individual member attending the match and can only be used by that individual.
Please be aware that this also applies if you've already applied for tickets this season
