GCPA organizes and manages a “Peace Walk” yearly event during the month of September, in Montreal Downtown (QC) with a view to expanding in the near future. Through this platform, we w
ill invite all student associations, social, political, religious non-religious parties to contribute their part to promote peace. All participants can bring their country flag to show the world that not only the person but their country support peace. The Montreal Food Basket Service will be the GCPA collecting and distributing food within the area of Montreal Downtown (QC) from all the restaurants/personals who want to voluntarily participate in helping out the hungry this as well is a project that will require people participation and contribution so we can start covering other areas as needed. As well GCPA will arrange Peace Seminars and Conferences where we will be providing a platform to individuals from any religion, community or race to come forward to communicate and share awareness among one another; These conferences and gathering meetings will as well allow us to invite different public figures from all walks of life to have an open discussion and talk about local current events with the great possibility of finding not only solutions but as well methods of prevention and awareness to whoever decides to participate.
