🤖 🤖 🤖 AI is fast. It scales. It never sleeps.
But it doesn’t have hands, hips or hunches. It can’t feel a colour or typography choice in its gut. As more of our work gets faster and more automated, what happens to the deeply human part of creativity?
For our next Montreal Girl Geeks event, we’re exploring exactly that:
💖 *Bring Soul Back to Creativity in the Age of AI* 💖
Join strategic designer and multi-faceted maker Ailiza Coronel for a practical and thought-provoking exploration of embodied creativity: what tactile craft, movement, stillness and getting away from the screen can do for your brain that no algorithm can.
We’ll dive into:
→ Why taste, intuition and curiosity remain a very human advantage
→ How to get your brain unstuck without another hour staring at a screen
→ How to recognize when AI is accelerating an idea, and when it’s quietly flattening it
→ Small, realistic habits that can keep your hands and humanity in your creative work
No pottery wheel. No interpretive dance. No month off the grid 😉

One important note: There will be no food or refreshments at this event, so please eat beforehand, plan for afterwards, or bring a snack along 🥪
Come connect with Montreal’s women-in-tech community, get away from your screen for an evening, and think differently about what creativity looks like in the age of AI.
Huge thanks to OVHcloud for generously hosting us! 🤗

~ Géraldine, Joelle & Liesl
PS: Because our free events can fill up quickly, please only register if you genuinely plan to attend. If something comes up, cancel on Luma as early as possible so another member of the community can take your spot 💖
