A picture says a thousand words, but a home-cooked meal shared together leaves a thousand memories!

Mother’s Table is a community-centered program dedicated to supporting single mothers and their families. It’s a space where moms can find relief, connection, support, and community.

Our program relies entirely on public support to keep running. Every single dollar goes directly toward feeding and uplifting these families. We deeply appreciate any amount you are able to give.

How to Support Us:

DONATE: Click the link in our bio to donate and help us keep the table set for more families each month!

GET INVOLVED: None of this would be possible without our incredible team of passionate, committed, and extraordinarily generous volunteers. They pour their hearts into making every meal special.

We would also like to extend a special thanks to .coffeebar !

Together we are making history.

Around this time last year, we gathered for Asian Heritage Month to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Asian Women for Equality and highlight the incredible work and contributions of Asian women across Canada, with a special focus here in British Columbia.

At our event, we were honored to hear from three speakers from The Committee for Domestic Workers and Caregiver Rights. The CDWCR is recognized for their vital contributions to Canada’s civic life through powerful organizing and advocacy.

Reflecting on our achievements over the past year reminded us how far we’ve come and how much work there is still left to do.
