🌸 This World Menopause Day, let's start a new conversation.

Hi, I'm Monica Ohri, a certified menopause coach and founder of Sage & Bloom, a new coaching service supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

My mission is simple: to help women navigate this transition with greater confidence through evidence-based education, personalized guidance, and compassionate support.

Menopause is about so much more than hot flashes. It's a significant life transition, and no woman should feel she has to navigate it alone.

Through Sage & Bloom, I'm creating a space where women feel informed, supported, and empowered to prioritize their well-being.

🌿 Welcome to Your Second Spring.

I'd love to connect with women in our community!

💌 Curious about menopause coaching? Send a message to Sage & Bloom or connect with me on Instagram .coach.
