This is the Bienvenue Bébé box — a free local initiative highlighting Montreal businesses for new families. I’ve heard it may be discontinued, so try to get one if you’re eligible. If not, you can still discover and support the businesses featured inside.

🌸 Here are 3 amazing free resources in Montreal that support new moms and parents:

1️⃣ – free drop-in breastfeeding clinics offered every week day across different sites.
2️⃣ – weekly postpartum mental health support group, a safe space to share the ups & downs with other moms/parents.
3️⃣ Mother Goose Montreal – Parent-Child Mother Goose sessions (in-person & online) for parents and babies 0–3, where you learn songs, rhymes & stories to share at home.

💛 These programs helped me as a new mom, and they’re open to families across Montreal. You don’t have to go through this stage alone—there’s a community here for you!

Hey everyone!
I’m taking a little hiatus from posting for personal reasons and shifting gears for a bit. All is well — just embracing a new season of life and slowing down where needed. I’ll still share bits here and there when I can, and I’ll be back fully when the time feels right.
Thanks so much for sticking around and for all the support — can’t wait to reconnect soon! 🌿
