What a fun calligraphy dat at Eaton Centre during Festival Asiasie

Aujourd’hui, une mademoiselle est venue à notre stand au Festival Asiasie pour nous interroger sur le mot « Chaos ».

Elle nous a confié qu’elle voulait l’écrire pour l’afficher dans son bureau. On a d’abord cru à de l’humour noir. 🖤

Puis, elle a précisé sa pensée : comment pourrait-on écrire « l'ordre dans le chaos » ?

Elle expliquait que c’est ainsi qu’elle perçoit son milieu de travail : c'est chaotique, mais pas de façon négative, car un certain ordre règne au milieu de ce désordre.

C’est alors que notre bénévole a trouvé le proverbe chinois parfait pour elle : 亂中有序 (Un chaos organisé). 💡💡

Regardez sa calligraphie : une écriture magnifique après seulement deux essais.

Elle doit sans aucun doute être la force tranquille qui maintient l’ordre dans son bureau. ⚖️

Merci encore au Festival Asiasie de nous avoir accueillis à nouveau. Nous tissons un véritable lien culturel avec le public, et c’est précisément ce que nous aimons !

今日有位親切嘅小姐嚟到我哋 Festival Asiasie 攤位，問Chaos點寫。

佢話想寫呢個詞掛喺Office。我哋心諗，嬲到要提字，好dark喎。🌑

跟住佢講清楚想法：點樣寫 Order in the chaos 呢？

佢話呢個就係佢嘅職場寫照——雖然混亂，但唔一定係壞嘅，因為紛亂得嚟都有個譜嘅。

義工即刻諗到一個最完美的成語：亂中有序。

睇下佢手字，寫咗兩次就咁出色。她好可能就係Office入面嗰股維持紀律嘅清泉。

再次感謝 Festival Asiasie 畀機會我哋同大眾建立起文化連結，我哋係文化社吖嘛！

Today, this lady came to our counter in Festival Asiasie and asked about the word "Chaos".

She said she wanted to write it and put it in the office.

Dark humour, we thought. 🐈‍⬛

Then she elaborated her idea, how to write "order in the chaos"?

She said that's the condition of her workplace, chaotic, but not in a negative way, cos there are orders amid the chaos.

And that's how our volunteer got this perfect Chinese proverb for her： 亂中有序 Organized chaos. 💡

Look at her calligraphy writing, a beautiful work after only 2 trials!

She must have been the force of order in her workplace.

Thank you again for Festival Asiasie for having us again. We truly build a cultural link with the public and that's what we love.
