And that’s a wrap on an incredible season. 🐉🔥
We closed it out at GWN’s Mercer Dragon Boat Festival with a 5th place overall finish in the premier mixed division and 2nd place in the ERDBF category. 🥈
We came into this race with goals we wanted to hit, and while we didn’t walk away with every placement we had hoped for, that doesn’t take away from what this team accomplished.
Looking back at where we started this season and where we are now, the growth has been incredible. Every practice, every race, every tough piece, every adjustment, and every person who kept showing up helped push this boat forward.
There’s still so much more we want to achieve — and that’s exactly what makes this exciting.
Thank you to every paddler, drummer, steerer, coach, supporter, and everyone part of the community who has been part of this journey with us. We should be proud of how far we’ve come, while staying hungry for how much further we can go.
5th overall. 2nd in ERDBF. One hell of a season.
Great job, everyone. Be proud, recover well, and then—
Let’s keep fighting. 🔥🐉
See you on the water.
