We are at a decisive crossroads in the evolution of international drug control policy.
Access to essential medicines is a fundamental human right under international law, not a discretionary privilege subject to arbitrary state action.
Our mission is straightforward and clear: remove the barriers that continue to prevent millions of patients from having equitable, affordable, and reliable access to medical cannabis.
Patients who rely on medical cannabis should not be stigmatized, criminalized, or pushed to the margins of society. They are individuals exercising their fundamental human right to health. This issue extends far beyond isolated cases.
Around the world, millions of patients face legal risks when traveling with their prescribed medicine, unequal taxation, lack of insurance coverage, and inconsistent regulations that wrongly treat a therapeutic treatment as a criminal matter.
