About Projet CSRM

Projet CSRM is dedicated to improving the lives of homeless cats in the Montreal community through a comprehensive Trap-Neuter-Release-Maintain (TNRM) program. Our group is comprised of volunteer trappers and is closely associated with numerous local cat rescue organizations that focus on addressing the overpopulation of homeless cats on the island of Montreal. Our Mission

Our

mission is to help feral cat colonies live better lives through outreach, education, and extensive volunteer efforts. We trap, sterilize, and return feral cats to their colonies, ensuring they are no longer able to reproduce. This humane method helps to control the population and improve the quality of life for these cats. Community Involvement

Community involvement is crucial to our efforts. We believe that with proper maintenance by willing neighborhood individuals, feral cats can lead healthier lives. Projet CSRM offers guidance and resources to the citizens of Montreal to support them in:

Feeding feral cats. Overseeing the general condition of the cats. By educating and empowering the community, we ensure that feral cats receive the care and attention they need, especially during harsh weather conditions. Rescue and Adoption

In addition to our TNRM efforts, we aim to rescue as many friendly, adoptable, young, elderly, and/or sick cats from the streets as possible. Our goal is to find these cats loving, forever homes through responsible adoption practices. By offering these cats a chance at a better life, we reduce the number of homeless cats and promote the well-being of our feline friends. Join Us

Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of homeless cats. Whether through volunteering, adopting, or simply spreading the word, your support is invaluable to Projet CSRM. Together, we can create a better future for the feral cats of Montreal.

Projet CSRM is currently looking for a foster home for this homeless cat. He has been on his own for a while and will need some time to fully recover from the stress of living outside. Here is our foster application to fill out if you are interested in helping us help this cutie. Currently, the only solution that the city of Montreal has for cats like him is to sterilze them for population control, and release them back outside to a very precarious fate. Thank you for caring. If you cannot foster, please share. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1qOzyxlp5tWfUxjL0srttSXKAZjQfioaP86nF_O3s730/edit

This poor cat was trapped for TNR but is not in good enough shape to be returned. Trapper is looking for a rescue to take charge of them. The cat is not afraid of people and very likely not feral.

LASALLE - LARGE CAT COLONY ON 2nd AVE!!!!

Hey, is anyone interested in fostering any 4 month old feral kittens for socializing? Otherwise their fate is sad, fosters save lives. There are approx.. 11 kittens. Socializing 4 month old kittens takes about 3 months. PM me if you are interested - This will only be for Rescues - you need to keep them until adopters are found.
