This isn’t just about jiu-jitsu.
It’s about the difference between being harmless… and being powerful with presence and control.

We’ll move, grapple, breathe.
Then we’ll circle up—share what came up, what landed, and what we’re walking away with.

Come meet your edge in a safe space.
Come feel what strength is when it’s rooted in stillness, not force.

Come grow with us.

It’s been a while, dear community. We’ve been sitting on this one for a few months, and we’re excited to finally share this meaningful and important conversation between and his good friend Jonathan Sbrollini.

The true measure of a man isn’t found in his bank account but in the lives he’s touched. I’m honored to have Johnathan on the podcast—he embodies what I believe a man should be. Not perfect, but purposeful. He’s found his way in this world by leading, contributing, and keeping his heart open.

I’ll never forget the day he extended a hand to someone in need and changed that man’s life forever. That man was me.

So, remember—when you see a man struggling, offer a hand. You never know how far a little help can go. I’ll be paying it forward for the rest of my life.

Who has helped you when you needed it most? And how can you pay it forward today?

The Mace is a training tool used to prepare for battle for over two thousand years.

On July 28th, join Max & George as they connect to its primal power and demonstrate how to wield its might in an applicable, fun, and functional way. No prior experience using a steel mace is required.

The workshop starts at 9 am. We have allocated 2.5 hours for it to take place so plan accordingly.

The location will be outdoors by the Lachine Canal just below Griffintown (Map location here).

For this event, we are bringing together the four M’s.

MALE, MACE, MOVEMENT, & MEDITATION.

Together, we will comprehend collectively how to apply Force & Flow.

Male’s Growth Collective is a monthly gathering dedicated to helping men navigate life’s challenges and changes through the power of mentorship, community, and consistency.

Three Pillars of Growth:

1. Guidance:
At Men’s Growth Collective, we believe that every man can benefit from the wisdom of a coach, counselor, or mentor. Our meetings provide access to experienced individuals and a supportive community that has faced similar challenges. Together, we offer guidance, share insights, and help each other find the best path forward.

2. Community:
No man should face life’s difficulties alone. Men’s Growth Collective creates a safe and welcoming space where men can open up, share their stories, and receive support. Here, you will find a brotherhood of individuals who understand your journey and stand ready to support you, just as you support them. Our community thrives on mutual respect, understanding, and the shared goal of personal growth.

3. Consistency:
One of the most significant gaps in many men’s lives is the lack of a consistent, reliable space to connect and grow. Men’s Growth Collective offers a regular, dependable meeting where men can look forward to gathering, sharing, and growing together. Through our consistent support and regular meetings, we foster lasting relationships and a sense of belonging that many of us deeply need.

Join us at Male’s Growth Collective and become part of a community where you are heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
