Total group sobriety: 1,049 days sober!

🙌 Recovery is a team effort.

Some guys are walking with 245 days, others are just getting started with 19 days.

We’ve faced loss along the way, a reminder of how serious this journey is, but this month we also welcomed three new guys, proof that hope and recovery keep showing up. 🙌

Brotherhood. Accountability. Growth. One day at a time. Proud of every man fighting for a better life. 💙🙏

What an incredible weekend for the guys at Band of Brothers East on Caton's Island 🙌

A spiritual bootcamp focused on inner healing, growth, and brotherhood.

A reminder that good, sober fun is possible. Laughing, connecting, growing, and building brotherhood with nothing but good men and shared purpose.

Fellowship, working sessions, campfires, meals, s***t shooting, airsoft, and outdoor fun including 3 baptisms!. Men sharpening men (Proverbs 27:17). 💪🔥

Grateful for every conversation, breakthrough, and memory made.

We often have a wait list, but commitment can come and go. People’s readiness changes. That’s part of the reality of recovery.

That’s why we believe in a 9-month program, giving men the time to build stability, routine, accountability, and a real foundation for lasting change. A proverbial re-birth.

🙏 One is off probation for the first time since age 13.
👨‍👧 One had his kids all weekend for the first time in 7 months.
🎓 One was accepted to school.

This is what recovery looks like: restored lives, rebuilt families, and real hope.

We’ve hit a roadblock!

We have been blessed with an incredible opportunity to attend Band of Brothers Bootcamp (May 29–31, 2026) on Caton's Island (https://www.bandofbrotherseast.com/)

This is more than an event. It’s a life-changing weekend of encounters with Jesus and fellow men!

We don’t currently have access to a 10-passenger van to get everyone there safely.

We’re asking our community:

Let’s Kill the Lie About Rehab

Addiction isn’t just “those people.”

It’s students.
It’s parents.
It’s tradespeople.
It’s professionals.
It’s people with jobs, and people who’ve lost everything.

We’ve seen men who looked like they had it all together…
…and were quietly falling apart.

Addiction doesn’t care who you are. Addiction isn't prejudice.

It doesn’t care about your background, your income, your upbringing, or your reputation.

And here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit:

Rehab isn’t where weak people go.
It’s where honest people go.

It’s where the masks come off.
Where the truth gets faced.
Where real change begins.

The strongest thing a person can say is:
“I need help, and I’m ready to change.”

Let’s stop asking, “How did they end up there?”
And start asking, “How can we support their way out?”

Jamie Newman, Founder of Newman House Recovery Centre, brings over 20 years of experience in addiction recovery.

He’s walked alongside hundreds of men and women on their journey to lasting freedom.

Jamie believes recovery is more than sobriety, it’s a transformed heart, a renewed mind (Romans 12:2), and a life rebuilt through Christ.

His vision:
