Here’s a few things to know ⬇️

REGISTRATION & CHECK IN:
Doors open at 8am and the program begins at 9am.
Please arrive early to get your badge, grab a warm drink, and secure a great seat.

Please bring either a digital or printed copy of your ticket with the QR code ready to scan at check in. (Didn’t receive your ticket via email? Contact us at [email protected])

For our student ticket holders, please remember to present a valid student ID alongside your QR code ticket during check in.

LOCATION & PARKING:
Venue - Centre culturel Aberdeen - 140 Botsford St, Moncton on the third floor

No parking is available on-site, however, there are limited metered parking across from the Botsford entrance. Additional metered street and lot space parking can be found along Botsford Street, Church Street and surrounding downtown parking blocks.

We strongly encourage carpooling or taking public transit if you are able!

ENTRANCE & ACESSIBILITY INFO:
There are entrances available on Botsford & Alma Street with stairwells to the 3rd floor.

The Alma Street entrance features an accessible ramp and there’s an elevator located at the midway point of each floor.

REFRESHMENTS, SNACKS & LUNCH:
Water, tea, coffee and snacks will be available throughout the day courtesy of our exclusive partner, Epoch Chemistry

For lunch, you have the perfect chance to explore Moncton’s vibrant downtown food scene just a short walk away! If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring your own lunch and enjoy it at the venue.

IMPORTANT DETAILS & WHAT TO BRING:
We have both keynote presentations and interactive breakout/workshop rooms! Feel free to bring a sketchbook, notebook, laptop or your preferred creative tools. Power outlets in sessions can be limited so please charge up in advance.

Meet one of our speakers, 🎤✨

Kristen is a Halifax-based illustrator, muralist, and lettering artist known for her vibrant, vintage-inspired work. From book covers and packaging to large-scale murals and editorial illustration, she blends creativity with strategy to create meaningful work for brands including Adidas, Pepsi, Trader Joe’s, and Jägermeister.
