📣 The FVHDA IS LOOKING FOR YOU! 📣

We are currently looking for two volunteers to join the FVHDA Executive Team for the upcoming year!

We are seeking someone to take on each of the following positions:

✨ Volunteer Coordinator
Help organize and coordinate volunteers for FVHDA events throughout the year.

✨ Registration Coordinator
Help oversee dancer registration and support the registration process for our events.

These are full-year executive team positions and are a wonderful opportunity to get more involved with the FVHDA, support our dancers and families, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes!💚

No previous executive experience is required — just a willingness to help, stay organized, and be part of our Highland dance community. 💜

Congratulations to all of the dancers who represented BC at SDCCS in Moncton this year! We are so proud of your hard work and hope you had so much fun! Such a wonderful achievement to share the stage with so many talented highland dancers!

To celebrate the upcoming 2026 Fraser Valley Open Championship, Pre-Championship, Premier & Pre-Premier Competition, we have launched our 2nd annual on-line 50/50 fundraiser. Last year’s winner received $1150.00 and we’re excited to see how high the jackpot will grow this year!

NEW for 2026: in addition to the 50/50 raffle, we are also doing an online raffle to win a highland dancing broadsword with sheath.

Tickets for both raffles are now on sale. To purchase, you must be 19 years of age or older and geographically located within the province of British Columbia at the time of purchase.

The FVHDA is excited to announce the details of the 2026 Fraser Valley Open Championship, Pre-Championship, Premier and Pre-Premier competitions which will take place in Fort Langley on April 25th & 26th .
