Ray of Hope Soup Kitchen Meals served Monday through Friday, 10:30 am - 12:00 pm Operating out of the basement of St.

With the support and leadership of Father Peter McKee the Knights of Columbus founded the Ray of Hope Needy Kitchen (the “Kitchen”) in 1984….the first soup kitchen in southeastern NB

Both the Knights and Father Peter recognized a need to help the homeless and financially challenged in Moncton by providing them with a hot nutritious and most importantly “FREE” meal. Augustine’s Roman Catholic church, the Kitchen serves anyone who comes through the door regardless of who they are

Over the years we have served well over 750,000 meals

The Kitchen is a registered charity employing a full time cook, a manager supported by a volunteer board of directors. We are located at
340 Dominion Street
Moncton, NB E1C 6H8
