CBAC Next Gen

10/19/2026

This past Saturday, kids ministry volunteers, staff and pastors gathered from around the HRM for a time of sharing and learning together at KMLL. We discussed classroom management, connecting with parents, acknowledging today’s culture, and sharing Jesus with this generation. There is a similar event next Saturday, October 24 in Charlottetown, PE. Details and registration at cbacyf.ca. Questions or want to host a future event? [email protected].

CBAC NextGen News -

As the leaves change colour and Thanksgiving draws near, we're reminded how much we have to be grateful for. And today, we're especially grateful for our pastors serving in NextGen ministry.

Wayfinding Fall Retreat was amazing! In the 2026-27 cohort we have 29 students that were nominated by 14 different CBAC churches and camps. Most of these grade 11 & 12 students were meeting for the first time, and formed some quick bonds over shared experiences of worship, teaching, small groups, camp fire and free time. Pray for them as they meet monthly with their mentors over the next nine months, and listen for God’s voice speaking into their lives.
